Bornshorts is an International short film festival held on the Bornholm island in Denmark.
It's produced with labour of love by a bunch of filmmakers who mainly work in
commercials and music videos. We have no office, work out of
a laptop and is mostly based in London, UK.

Our annual festivities celebrates short and long form fictional work, animation and music video.
An International jury will award the best film in each category, and choose a winner
for best cinematography in a short film.

The majority of screenings take in one of the best cinemas in Denmark, Scala Gudhjem.

Why on an island in the middle of the Baltic?
Bornholm has with its exotic look and picturesque settings, given inspiriration
to screenwriters over many decades. We are confident that you too, will find a visit worth while.
